• When our salesman is communicating with the client, he will ask for the client’s requirements for product quality, package, related profiles, and so on. If the client is not quite sure, we will provide some suggestions according to the target markets. After being fully aware of the product specifications, the QA department and the workshops will work together for the product samples. Regular products will be delivered in 2-5 workdays.
  • After client’s confirmation of the samples, we need to sign a sales contract with the client. Then we start the production according to the contract. A specific employee will track the order and conduct quality tests with the QC department, ensuring the satisfying quality of the products. Regular products will be finished in 4-5 weeks.
  • Our employee will provide related profiles according to the feedbacks from the client after the customer receive the samples. We will trace customer’s complains until they are settled. Besides, we take the feedbacks seriously. Each problem will be fully discussed between the order operators and production department, any necessary adjustment or improvement will be adopted.
  • Our export revenue has surpassed 20 million U.S. dollar and were increasing by 10% in recent years. More than 90% of the exported products are OEM business. The products have been selling in more than 50 countries. The customers include overseas wholesale dealers, retailers, chain supermarkets, and pharmacies, including Tesco, Target, Alliance Boots.
  • HIGHSIDE has acquired the CE certificate. Some products have related certificates from FDA and BRC. We have also got the ISO13485 (Standards for Quality Management System on Medical Devices) certificate. Our factory has passed the inspections by the retailers mentioned above. Other clients are also welcomed to come over to audit our company.
  • The factory has an area of more than 10,000 m2, 100,000 grade clean workshops, independent quality inspection department and testing lab. We have established an effective quality control system, covering from raw material purchasing to the product delivery. The products come with related test reports. In our more than 1000 orders each year, the feedbacks of quality complain account for less than 0.5%, and no serious quality problem has occurred. All the complaints can be settled by our communication with the clients. Product inspection by clients or third party inspection institutes is also acceptable.
  • We have more than 50 suppliers, from whom we can get excellent raw materials at low prices. The employees on the management team account for 10% of our total employees. They can effectively promote the workers' productivity and lower the management cost. Our warehouse is in the suburban area of Suzhou City. It is less than 100km from Shanghai Port. Thus the storage and logistics costs are both greatly reduced.
